What to know for your first class

Conditioning and Fitness is a class that allows the participant to push to the next level.  Movements target multiple areas and participants see improvements quickly.  Coaches take great care to teach each movement correctly and to monitor clients to ensure they have good form.  You will notice during class that everyone is keen to help and motivate one another.  No matter what level you are at, they will cheer you on.
