CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program
designed to improve all aspects of fitness.
CrossFit is an effective way to get fit. It is a fitness program that combines a wide variety of functional movements including weightlifting and gymnastics moves, running, rowing and skipping. We use Kettlebells and pullup bars, tyres and ropes, rings and lots of other fun pieces of equipment. It is always varied, always changing and always produces results.
Sound scary? Anyone can do CrossFit as it is universally scaleable, in other words, all our workouts can be scaled to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
P.S. Functional movements are those we do everyday. They are safe and innate to our quality of life. Training this way keeps us mobile & stronger for longer.
What to expect
Whilst all the workouts are programmed and designed to meet all fitness levels, they are challenging, and you will be pushed out of your comfort zone. They demand focus and commitment but with that comes a feeling of accomplishment like you’ve never felt. Expect to get fit fast, to feel great about your achievements and be part of a unique community of like minded people. Expect to become strong in mind and body and perhaps most importantly, expect to have fun.
