Caves Beach Gym is your local gym. All CrossFit Memberships include access to the 24 hr Gym, all Group Fitness Classes and Boot Camp on the beach. We also offer a Creche during our 9.30am and 8am classes each week. Caves Beach Gym has coffee, supplements, drinks and clothing for sale. 24 hour access allows you to train whenever you like, full access to the box is also included.
