The first step towards you goal of greater health and fitness is to join a class. Groups sessions are where you will be taught the fundamental moves of CrossFit, introducing you to some of the CrossFit principles and get a taste of the WOD’s (Workout of the day). Coaches will teach you proper technique ensuring that you are safely achieving.
